Thoughts become things, Thought are things, Things is what you want, the things that you want is something that you wish for it, what you wish for it is how you work hard for it, how do you work hard for it is how you plan, how you plan is by whether you're able to work/do it not, whether can do it or not is all up to YOU.

Many many things in life, there're alot of examples to it. Even just by window shopping as a example. You're able to see things that link up to everything else in life.

Don't even wish for somethings and just wait for it to happen. Things that you wish for is not like christmas day, waiting for santas claus to come by your place to drop it down to you. Reality in life it'll never ever happen. What you really wish for, you need to work hard for it to attain/achieve it. This is the REAL world. Never ever HOPE, as hoping is just blindly waiting. Won't be able to see any result in it.

Is just like, if you wish to be rich. Do you HOPE that a million cheque will drop infront of you for you to collect? OR? You work hard enough to get the million figure in your bank account. Things is always prepared for you. Everyone will be thinking like if the chances come, then they will work hard for it. BUT if you never even try to prepare it by youself and when the chances come. In the end you'll only think that it's already too late to make full use of the chance as the preparation is not enough. So, how to make sure that your preparation is enough for you to deal with the chances? You've to make clear to yourself what you're doing and also what you should prepare for the things that you want to do/achieve.

So now is what you wan to do inorder for you to prepare. So how is it? You need to plan it yourself. Just remember that, everything in life you always have to be prepared to face it or do it. So planning is also one of the most important steps in life as it'll always be the 1st stepping stone for you to carry on your wish/goal. Planning also separate into alot of steps that you need to do. So which steps you're willing to do 1st is all depend on the person itself. Some may like "A" steps, some just simply like "B" steps. Different people will use different kind of steps to attain it. But as for the result you'll be able to see both will attain what they want, just that they use different method.

Trying different method is also counted as TRY. Hoping in this case doesn't include any TRY it in. As you'll never TRY to HOPE for it. HOPE doesn't give any kind of terms that is able to give you a confirm answer to what you wish for. It'll never tells you whether you're able to do it or cannot do it. But TRY does give you an answer which is 50/50.

When you use TRY, it gives you 50/50. You also can say that it has a 50% chance of failure. But it'll also giving you hint that you need to buck up more inorder to get back to 50/50 or even higher % of passing it.

All this things you may read it and think that. Actually you all already know this possibility of 50/50. But does all of you will really go start right from the planning? Or is it just simply jump in half way? All this is very important to achieve what you wish for. Mistakes is always whether the person have done it in a correct order, or miss 1 or 2 steps that unable to achieve it.

It may looks abit common, but everything in life is if there's something you want. You need to do it inorder to get it. Never do anything then don't expect that there'll be a return for it. Hoping and waiting doesn't give any sure result or answer in it.

So if you want. DO IT! Start from the scratch.

THINK, PLAN, DO, and finally ACHIEVEMENT.

Today went to watch "Star Trek" with a few of the SOP. Watch at Orchard Cineleisure at 0040am.

Quite nice. I would give it a 7/10 for it. For 1st timer watching "Star Trek", starting part it may seems abit bored but as you continue to watch, slowly will catch hold of what's really going on. If like weekend there's nothing for you to do. Maybe can gather a few of your friends to go and catch it. =]

More thunderstorms from Sumatra to be expected: NEA

NEA has advised that more violent storms can be expected in this month of April.

This is in response to the deluge of contributions by STOMPers who have had their cars buried under fallen trees.

A spokesperson for NEA says:

"A 'Sumatra' squall is a line of eastward moving intense thunderstorms accompanied by gusty winds that usually occur between April and September.

"An average of 2-3 'Sumatra' squalls occur in a month during this period.

"It normally develops overnight in Sumatra and the Straits of Malacca, and affects Singapore between midnight and 9a.m.

"Maximum wind gusts of up to 90 km per hour from a 'Sumatra' squall have been recorded in the past.

"The strong winds that affected Singapore last night between 11p.m (Apr 22) and 12.30a.m (Apr 23) were caused by an intense fast-moving 'Sumatra' squall.

"Mean wind speeds ranging from 33 to 54 km per hour were recorded across the island. The highest recorded wind gust was 83 km per hour in the western areas.

"A wind gust is a sudden brief increase in the speed of the wind. Short duration showers fell over most parts of the island but were heavy in only a few areas.

"The highest rainfall of 7.0 mm was recorded around Sembawang. A wind gust of similar strength was last recorded on 20 June 2000.

"For the rest of the month, we can expect another one or two 'Sumatra' squalls but they are unlikely to be as severe as the one last night."

recently just went to watch 2 movie... 1st is the "Fast and Furious 4" follow by the "Knowing". Both are not bad. "Fast and Furious 4" actually not that great as what i thought. This time there are more talking then those really furious car scene. "Knowing" is something similar to those bible story, abit la. The mysterious numbers leads to somewhere else and somethings will happened. Bad things! haha.. Once another nice movie acted by Nicholas Cage. He's a great actor in any kind of movie. Still looking forwards to other nice movie that's coming up. Hope to get some good reviews in it. =]

My 5.1 speaker gave up on me. If the whole 5 speaker spoil i got nothing to say about it. Is only the ONLY ONE gave up one me. So now i'm not having a 5.1 speaker. Is 4.1 speaker.. lOl.. my rear right spoil.. wad the hell.. sad sia. guess my speaker let me te kan till can't tahan.. think tomorrow after work DIY the problem again. Try to solve.. Can't live with 4.1 speaker. LoL!!!! Nothing much this few days... Work as normal.. Just looking forward to the Friday Town Night Riding. Been hoping when able to back to town ride as last time. FUN is the only word i can express to others. No one is able to expect how fun it's to ride with a bunch of good and close riders and not everyone able to experience all the joke and stupid stuff we'll be doing within the riding session. Back to my bed for now. Later on still got to work.

Just finish watching "Slumdog Millionaire". Damn nice!! Touching and so real life story. If anyone haven't been to indian. This's really the life image of indian. They are really very poor. So if in singapore you think you're very poor. Think about them! No matter how poor you're, you also won't be sleeping in the slums like that.

Story line is nice. Jamal the little brother is really true to himself and others. Both Jamal and his elder brother is keeping searching and doing things that can able to keep them alive. Jamal's bro may seems abit selfish. But inorder to keep his bro's life. He do anything at all cost. Even need to let go the 3rd muskeeters "Latika". Lifeline is very real. They must be having alot of hard times and obstacle in recording the movie. All of the actor is very good in acting even the most youngers one. No wonder when the movie gets so many prize and standing. Alot of people still very angry because they found out that the 2 little Actor is still living in Slums area. Never get to enjoy good life after the movie was preview. Feel abit sad for them.

For those who haven't get to watch this movie.. I'll greatly promote this show to all of you all.

How do you define priority as?

Plan stuff that you yourself think that it's the most important things to do 1st, that's called priority. But let's say the top priority is somethings that you can make it to not so important. Is it possible? YES of cuz it's possible. But now comes the main problem comes again. The problem is whether you want to make it more less priority. There're lots of way to handle stuff in life. But you need to handle it the correct way and the correct medicine in it. If not it'll be a waste of time. Something just need to force or giving a hand. Staying the same way / Spoon feeding is not a solution. Long term, it's not gonna solve anything. It'll still stay the same. Nothing will just works out in the way you want it to be. Angle of looking at life also makes a big difference. Try stepping out of the box and look around. You'll just think, "How come others can like that?", "How come people can just do whatever they want it to be?". Ask YOU yourself that kind of question. IF your answer is just, " Aiya.. ok de la.. what to do, different life ma." YOU'LL just stuck there forever and ever. YOU can never get out from the box again to look around and ask yourself that kind of Questions again. So think again!! Is the way you handle isit correct? If you think correct then i'm fine with it. But let's say you think that what you are doing is correct BUT 10 out of 10 people think that there are other alternative solution and all of them disagree of what you are doing. What'll you think about it? Listening is part of process in life. Whether you can learn anything or not. If u Heck Care of what others is trying to tell you and giving you piece of advice. Then only one thing i can tell YOU is GOOD LUCK MAN.. YOU'RE GONNA STUCK THERE FOREVER FACING THE SAME SHITTY PROBLEMS THAT YOU'RE HAVING NOW. NOTHING WILL SOLVE UNTIL YOU YOURSELF SOLVE YOUSELF. Staying happy is another thing. Solving things is also another thing. But if you are able to solve it and be more happy then the happy you have now. WHY NOT?

Obama seeks US$663.7b for 2010 defence spending

WASHINGTON: President Barack Obama on Thursday unveiled a 663.7 billion dollar defence budget, up a modest 1.5 percent on 2009, but projected a sharp decline in spending on wars in Iraq and Afghanistan in the coming years.

The new administration has signalled it hopes to make savings through a planned withdrawal of US troops from Iraq and from cuts in expensive weapons programmes - though Obama's budget request did not specify what new weaponry might be scrapped.

The president's proposed budget for the fiscal year 2010 unveiled on Thursday seeks 130 billion dollars for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, down from 141.4 billion for operations in the current fiscal year.

The proposed budget offered a rough forecast that the cost of the war efforts would drop to about 50 billion dollars annually in the next several years.

The monthly cost of the war in Iraq has already declined from about 10 billion dollars to eight billion in recent months, officials said.

The budget request includes 533.7 billion dollars for the main defence budget, which marks an increase of four percent over the main budget for fiscal 2009, excluding most of the costs of the conflicts in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Some war costs were shifted to the main defence budget, Pentagon officials said, but did not offer further details. The proposed military spending will "meet the national security needs of this country," a Pentagon official, speaking on condition of anonymity, told reporters.

The president also requested an additional 75.5 billion dollars to cover war costs for the rest of the current fiscal year, after Congress approved 65.9 billion for fiscal 2009 before Obama took office.

The vast US defence budget represents more than 40 percent of the world's total military spending and US spending will continue to grow under Obama's budget, albeit at a slower pace than under former president George W. Bush.

"It looks like the pattern of overall growth in Pentagon spending will continue in President Obama's first budget," said Travis Sharp, military policy analyst at the Centre for Arms Control and Non-Proliferation. "

The annual growth rate, however, appears to be lower than was typical during the Bush years."

Bush's annual defence budget requests called for increases of about four to five percent in military spending, according to Sharp.

Under Obama, the projected war costs were now being presented at the same time as the rest of the federal budget to show "greater transparency," said the defence official, instead of past practice when proposed war budgets were presented piecemeal over time.

The war costs would also be included when the government calculates the overall budget deficit, in a break with previous policy, the official said. "

What the administration is trying to do is they're trying to bring visibility to the entire war cost estimate at the time of the submission of the budget," the official said.

The president and his Democratic allies have criticised the previous administration's controversial method of accounting for the cost of the wars through a series of "supplemental" funding requests outside of the main defence budget.

In Obama's proposed budget, his administration vowed to impose strict scrutiny over spending on weapons programs but shed no light on which aircraft, ships, vehicles or other sophisticated weaponry might be dumped.

Defence Secretary Robert Gates, placing a top priority on fighting insurgents rather than conventional warfare, has warned that big weapons projects plagued by delays and cost overruns could face cutbacks.

A list of candidates for possible cutbacks drawn up by the Pentagon includes more Navy destroyers built by General Dynamics, fighter jets including Lockheed Martin and Boeing's F-22 Raptors and carrier-based Super Hornets, a digital radio system for all the armed services and missile defence weaponry for Poland and the Czech Republic.

Gates has already singled out the F-22 Raptor fighters, which cost about 350 million dollars each, for potential cutbacks.

Military analysts have also questioned the need for more Navy aircraft carriers and a computer-linked network of Army vehicles, known as Future Combat Systems. - AFP/de

CAIRO: A bomb in a landmark Cairo bazaar killed a French tourist and wounded 17 people, most of them holidaymakers, on Sunday in the first deadly violence against Westerners in Egypt since 2006.

A second bomb failed to detonate immediately but blew up after police had cordoned off the area, police said.

The two bombs were thrown from a rooftop overlooking a street lined with cafes and restaurants in Khan al-Khalili, a 1,500-year-old market that is one of the Egyptian capital's main tourist attractions, witnesses told AFP.

The Frenchman died in hospital, Health Minister Hatem al-Gabali told state television.

The wounded consisted of 10 French tourists, two Germans, three Saudis and two Egyptians, he said, adding that one was in critical condition.

It was the first deadly attack on tourists in the Egyptian capital since a previous bomb attack in the same neighbourhood in 2005 which killed two tourists and wounded 18.

In April 2006, 20 holidaymakers were killed in the Red Sea resort of Dahab, one of a series of bombings in the Sinai peninsula that were blamed on militants loyal to Al-Qaeda.

Egypt was struck by a spate of deadly attacks on Westerners by Islamic militant groups in the 1990s that dealt a savage blow to the country's vital tourism sector.

In the deadliest single attack, 62 people, most of them tourists, were killed in an attack in the southern city of Luxor in 1997 that was claimed by the Gamaa Islamiyya (Islamic Group).

Egyptian militants have since played a prominent role in the leadership of the global jihadist network Al-Qaeda, with Ayman al-Zawahiri - leader of the Gamaa's rival Islamic Jihad - serving as number two to Osama bin Laden.

But apart from the Sinai bombings between 2004 and 2006. Egypt has since largely been spared deadly Islamist violence.

Tourist arrivals doubled between 2000 and 2007 to reach 11.1 million, when they earned Egypt 9.2 billion dollars in revenues, or 11.6 percent of the country's GNP. The industry also employs 12 percent of the workforce.

SINGAPORE : Police have arrested a 19-year-old in connection with an SMS hoax suggesting a terrorist in the Bugis area in downtown Singapore.

Several callers to Channel NewsAsia also said they had received the SMS.

Although there was no credible evidence of such an attack, Police said they still took the necessary precautions to enhance security in the area.

Police assure the public there is no cause for alarm as investigations showed the SMS was unsubstantiated.

There's once i heard this story.. This story goes as like this..

There're 2 families staying in a village.. Jo's family is rich but alvin's family is poor.. Jo and Alvin born in the same year and ever since they were born.. They'll always play around having fun together... As they grown up.. Jo continue his parents business.. But Alvin is still poor.. so Alvin wanted to get rich by his ownself.. As the place they stay have a huge land... So Alvin was thinking of becoming a famer.. He went over to tell Jo about his plans. He borrow some money from Jo and Alvin bought 50 sheeps..

10th days later... Alvin went over to Jo's place to ask for advice.. Alvin says:

Alvin: Jo..~ 1 got 10 sheeps die already..

Jo : How come?

Alvin: I feed them with those leftover food.

Jo : You can't feed them with that.. you need to feed them with good quality meat..

Merry Christmas!!

Merry christmas and a happy coming 2009 yr to everyone. Brand new yr coming soon hope it'll be a great year ahead for everyone. Things that wish to come true or to attain dream that been waiting for it.

Not a very gd yr for me but i hope 09 will be the one for me. Everything go smoothly for me. Didn't really go celebrate x'mas. Raining the whole bloody day... DaMn! ahha.. Guess everyone had fun. To me, x'mas was just a very simple day. Don't really have to go and celebrate. To others maybe it's strange because it was a joyful day to celebrate. But.. nah forget about it.. hahaha!

Met up with ruben in the afternoon to parkway for window shopping.. See whether got anything to stuff need to buy. But.. empty handed home. lOls!!.. After that went home to have dinner then wait all the way till 11+ met up with SOP for a chill session. Some are working so need to wait for them to finish their work before meet up.

Birthday Party!!!!

20th dec was Jo aka brader and 21th dec was Nel birthday.. 20th aftnon we went to jo party which is at a condo held by her family.. then aft that at night we went to pasir ris park to continue celebrate which held by her bf... but straight pass midnight.. oOoOoo.. it became NEL birthday. we also celebrate for him and we transform the BBQ celebration to Nel's one. Hahaha.. clever move? hee.. Same SOP were there..

Drink Drink Drink was just what we do over there.. lOl.. Drinking session was start by cong and me.. HAHA.. Just feel like drinking. DAMN fucking long time didn't drink already. Slowly ruben, jo, jason, nel, ter all join in. we force nel to drink. But it's mixer so still ok. Cong and me started by just purely drink the alcohol w/o mixing with other drinks. Guess all think that we are CRAZY! Hahaha!!.. But we heck care and just continue to drink. Finish one bottle and there goes jo and her bf.. Went back to grab another bottle for us to enjoy. HAHA... We all were just FUCKING high. lOl.. Also we held a debating session over there between GUYS and GIRLS.. lOl.. Started by our nice and innoccent TER!.. ahhaa.. Nel went back early as he was drunk. So just left a few of us there.. Continue debating and DRINKS. One word to express....... SSSSHHHHHIIIIIIIOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!~ lOl....!!

what a supper......

yesterday straight after work meet up with my ah mui n jason.. 3 of us head to senpang bedok for supper.. jason nv eat only me n sherry order. when we 3 about to finish our food, cong called jason and told him that they all will come meet us. so in the end, nel cong alex and mark come over to meet us. but when nel they all about to finish their supper, me n jason feel that our stomach had a strange feelings. so 3 of us left senpang bedok 1st and straight away head home. once i reach home i straight run towards the toilet and bomb.

but........ i gone to toilet for 15 times and vomit for 6 times. what the heck is going wrong. so early in the mornin i straight away rush to see docotor and conclusion is FOOD POISONING. sian sia. got a mc for today and i need to submit it to my department head to inform him about it. vomiting and laosai isn't the great things man. feel so EEEEUUUU... and very xin ku. lol.

but now after eating medicine feel much more better le. hope i can recover fast. cuz next week will be going back to selatar for course again. dun wan to eat medicine.. so troublesome..!!

wad a birthday..

last 2 yrs of birthday i spend in ARMY! this yr birthday i spend at work. early in the morning went to work. tot should be quite relax cause not much engine was in the workshop. but in the end? the engine i was been assign to need to rush. whole day was damn busy and everything need to be rush. by this month, the engine which i was been assign to must complete and pass the test cell inorder to return back to customer in time. today job was fuck up! haha.! no other words able to describle.

next week going back to selatar again to complete my course. 2weeks plus i'll be studying there. hope nothing much will go on over there. selatar is a place for us to relax. so guess will cherish the time over there.. 9-5 everyday, weekend confirm will be there for us. LOL!... bowling and cs is a must for my batch. there'r still unsettle match between us.. hahahaha!

out whole day

today was out the whole day but still was tiring as last night me cong n jo chat thur out the night on msn.. topic was.......... RUBBISH.. hahaha... anything can talk we talk.. lols. and jo keyboard might b spoil.. cuz she only can key L and O nia.. most of the chat she keep type LOL nia.. hahaha.... she try to explain but we dun care about her. lols.

meet out wif cong n jo at about 2... went down to bugis to eat lunch then aft tat went to simlim cuz i wan to find cpu power supply.. i found but no money to buy.. so aft pay come in i straight away will go and buy it. it's rainin damn heavy outside.. so we slack awhile.. aft tat jo say she nid to go airport to fetch her sis as her sis came back from oversea volleyball comp. so me n cong from bugis slowly walk down all the way to Plaza Sing to wait for nicole to finish work and come find us.. me n cong walk from bugis to PS like idiot sia.. haha... we walk the wrong way but still it just took us about 20minutes to reach. FAST ah.! aft that.. plans went on till jo come back from airport and also we met nel for dinner.. we went to Cineleisure food court for dinner... plans went on again till now.. lols.. tiring but fun.. i think jo n cong cant go out together.. damn crap man both of them..lol. together will them will laugh until stomach cramp sia.. lols!!!!!!

today is my 2nd day of 2nd shift work.. not bad... still alrite. have been stripping engine. learn alot of new stuff n diff kind of tools to strip the engine. so many types of engine to learn. different types of engine got some are the same parts.. but some there are some extra parts or even less parts.. but still it's a tiring job to work.. but i still like it and enjoying it although is abit stress la.. cuz duno how to do ma.. wait do sala then jialat.. haha...! 2 more night shift n i have my rest day again.. lookin forward to that.. cuz i can go out n haev lotsa fun wif my frens...

today suppose to go sentosa in the morning.. but i guess everyone all KO..hahaha.. but in the end.. in the evening time me, nel, colin, chantelle, mark, cong and ter went for bowling. same old ppl playing expect cong ter. they don't know how to bowl.. bowl all the way till 8+ then we head down to beach road for a steamboat dinner session. but the steamboat only got me, nel, colin n his gf. after that we went to PS to catch a movie.

today is the sneak preview of SAW V. not really up to wad i expect from the movie. as i tot it was continue from SAW 4 but it was previous memory and story. great movie but the pace is slow.. overall not bad.... but confirm there is SAW 6.. lol...

after movie head back to my hse coffee shop here for a drink n chit chatting.. after that all went home. so nothing much after all for today.. that's it. goin to plan what to do for sunday. haha.. don't wana waste my rest day at home man... but mon goin to work morning again.. hmmm...

yet another day just passed

night shift is over and tmr is my rest day! shiok shiok. today again the same thing. after my work, i meet nel, cong, mark, jo, nicole for supper. before supper we supper we went to loyang tua pei kong to pray. jason n sherry was there but after praying both of them left 1st as jason was working morning the next day. same thing, eating and joking all the way till we left.

today work was alrite and was quite relaxing but the weather was damn cold.. straight away dinner i got flu. also duno wad happen man.. then my cough still haven even recover yet. damn irrating!! cough n work at the same time was terrible. like someone was disturbing u when u r concentrating doin something. piss off!! luckily i today tag along wif a trainee tech too and from wad i heard he might b the next best trainee in my crew so got lots of things to learn from him. hope i can be best trainee too. lol!!! joking only la.. haha.. still got long way to walk balls.. haha.. alrite.. ending my blog here.. good de bye!!~

another day have passed.. 3rd day on OJT.. quite fun but abit stressful... still trying to learn n absorb things. today is my 1st day of night shift. alrite not as bad as wad i thought. cuz i tot it will b quite tiring becuz working in the night. last night still go out till 4+ then sleep then today 2+ wake up and there it goes 3+ and i have to leave my hse for work. the feeling is like dragging myself to work. so horrible! haha. but aleast the one i tag along is the same senior technican as yesterday. so everything was goin quite well. nothing much about work.

after work around 130. i meet nel, cong, mark, sherry n jason for supper nearby my house. eatin n chit chatting all the way. nothing much happening to talk about. tmr is another day for me to work night shift. hope everything will go smoothly like today. tryin out new things everytime. great job! lol.. tired tired tired, turning in now if not, not enough rest again. hate dragging myself out from the bed to work. haha.

went to watch max payne yesterday. to me is not really a very nice show although i like action movie. i nv play the game before so i dun really know how's the story line goes. even my fren who play the game before can only catch hold of 30% of the story line. he also tell me that some chara in the movie also never appear in the game before. lol.. so i guess if max payne 2 comes out again. i won't waste time to go to cinema to watch. cuz i simply just don't understand and the action isn't that great as what i think. but my fren give one gd comment which is they really got the right male lead to act as the max payne. resmeble the game chara alot.
